All Sales Are Final

All fees paid to moatly™ are non-refundable and non-cancellable once charged, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This policy applies to all moatly™ services, including but not limited to: moatly™ Essential Protection, moatly™ Strategic Protection, Filing Workshops, Patent searches and Freedom to Operate insight, and any related drafting, analysis, or support services.

Why Refunds Are Not Offered

moatly™ services begin immediately upon purchase. Once you submit your information, resources are allocated, systems are engaged, and proprietary processes are initiated on your behalf. This includes access to AI-assisted drafting tools, internal review workflows, and scheduling availability with our team. Because this work is customized, time sensitive, and cannot be reversed or reused, refunds are not possible once a purchase has been made.

Missed or Rescheduled Workshops

If your service includes a scheduled filing workshop, you may reschedule in accordance with our scheduling guidelines. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice does not entitle you to a refund.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

moatly™ does not guarantee patent approval, patentability, or freedom to operate. Refunds will not be issued based on outcomes, opinions, or strategic decisions made by the user after services have been delivered.
